Parry was raised in the small farming community of Martindale, Texas, nestled between Lockhart and Luling. Growing up in a close-knit, agrarian community instilled in him a strong work ethic, honed through long days working for local farmers and ranchers. He went on to earn a degree in Agricultural Business from Southwest Texas State University and later a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
Before beginning his career in real estate, Parry built a diverse professional background. He owned a small business crafting fine furniture and wood pieces, spent a decade managing a feed and hardware store, and later gained five years of experience in the oil and gas industry as a third-party contractor, providing safety equipment and personnel on job sites from spud to production. This unique blend of experience gives him valuable insight into land, agriculture, and business operations—expertise that serves his clients especially well in farm and ranch real estate.
Today, Parry makes his home in Sisterdale, where he enjoys time with family, working the land on his tractor, exploring the Hill Country in his ’78 FJ40 Land Cruiser, and spending time with his yellow lab, Buddy. With Texas roots that run deep—dating back to 1847—Parry takes great pride in being a fifth-generation Texan. His family’s legacy includes his grandfather’s service in the Texas House of Representatives in the 1930s, and that same commitment to community and service drives his approach to real estate today.
Since becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2017, Parry has helped clients buy and sell residential, land, and farm & ranch properties throughout the Hill Country and South Texas. He is a proud member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, the Central Texas MLS/Four Rivers Board of Realtors, the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
